Job Description HR officer L&D
We are currently searching for a HR Officer L&D to cover a maternity leave of 6-8 months. This position will allow you to gain valuable work experience while ensuring the continuity of operational HR tasks within the L&D department in Amsterdam.
Your tasks as HR officer:
- Coordinating, facilitating, and guiding HR processes of the learning & development department;
- The administration regarding the planning of courses and training;
- Preparing all correspondence regarding schedules, sending invites and reporting details to management;
- Keeping contact with employers, management, external trainers;
- Closely working together with the HR Business Partners L&D in order to provide the best support towards the employees in their development.
The assignment is fulltime for at least the period December till June. It is certainly possible that the contract will be extended after this period.
Our favorite candidate 'HR officer L&D'
- Has at least 2-4 years of experience in HR operational role, preferably in a L&D administrative capacity;
- Has a bachelor or master in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- Fluent in business-level English;
- Strong administrative skills and a star in planning;
- Has experience with MS Office;
- Is communicative and service-oriented;
- Has outstanding organisational and time management skills.
