As a Talent Sourcer you will be involved in the first part of the recruitment process. The first language within the company is English, but speaking another European language is a big plus when approaching the right candidates.
Your tasks therefore consist:
recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via LinkedIn);
managing the social media channels and making sure (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
building a talent pool;
selecting and enthusing (young) professionals.
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who can start the 1st or 15th of April.
Lives in Amsterdam (or nearby);
Is eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship;
Has experience or affinity with recruitment (e.g. HR related study or previous work/internship);
Has a great command of the English language (another European language is a plus);
Speaks easily and is not afraid to show initiative.
