As a Talent Sourcer you will be involved in the first part of the recruitment process. The first language within the company is English, but speaking French is also required when approaching the right candidates for the French market.
Your tasks therefore consist:
recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via LinkedIn);
managing the social media channels and making sure (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
building a talent pool;
selecting and enthusing (young) professionals.
Lives in Amsterdam (or nearby);
Is eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship;
Has experience or affinity with recruitment (e.g. HR related study or previous work/internship);
Speaks French preferably as a native language and English at a professional level;
Speaks easily and is not afraid to show initiative.
