As an office manager you’ll be at the heart of the operations of the Amsterdam office. Your role will involve ensuring everything runs smoothly, from overseeing breakfast and snacks to managing office supplies and welcoming visitors. Your primary goal is to maintain a pleasant and productive atmosphere for the team. Your main respsonsibilities are:
- ordering and managing office supplies, breakfast items, snacks, and flowers, so keeping the office well-stocked and organized;
- managing maintenance, repairs, and liaising with suppliers;
- handling incoming and outgoing mail and general office communication;
- welcoming guests and visitors, assisting with new employee onboarding and setting up meeting rooms;
- helping with the planning and execution of office events and celebrations.
The workinghours are every weekday from 8:30 till 12:30. This is a temporary position for at least 3 months.
