Job Description Financial Administrator
The Finance department consists of six staff members of varied nationalities who are responsible for the company's financial administration, including control and purchasing.
As part of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate financial administration and financial reporting. The Financial Administrator reports directly to the Finance Manager.
General duties:
- Financial Administration (AP and AR) processing bank and financial statements; managing account receivables and payables; billing process; petty cash administration and othe administrative tasks;
- Perform month- and year- end reporting;
- Miscellaneous financial activities;
- Work closely together with other team members to accomplish the goals of the company's finance projects;

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum education level HEAO (financial) or relevant experience;
- 2-3 year work experience in financial administration;
- Strong analytical skills/ quantitative background;
- Knowledge of AFAS financial tool is desirable;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Strong team player;
- Must be able to multitask without losing track of the ongoing activities;
- Accurate problem solver and 'can do' mentality;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Fluent command of English and Dutch;
- Good oral and written communication skills.
