We are looking for part-time customer service employees, 3 days per week for at least 3 weeks starting a.s.a.p.
As a Customer Service employee you ensure the best customer experience to the B2B market in all areas. You will manually process product returns in the system from companies that sell their products. Also you will be communicating back and forth with the dealers.
You will work for our the European head office in Amsterdam. Most of your work will be done from home but some days you are required to come to their office. Therefore it is important you are living in Amsterdam.
